What you'll do

• Provide customer service in-store and online
• assist with e-commerce order preparation and pickup
• respond to customer questions and basic order issues
• support social media channels including WeChat, Xiaohongshu/REDnote, Instagram, and TikTok
• create simple product and promotion content
• encourage loyalty sign-ups
• assist with displays, sampling, and store marketing
• share customer feedback and product trends
• and support store operations.
