What you'll do

  • Capture requirements and conduct task and human-error analyses
  • develop human-machine interface simulations and prototypes
  • document human factors activities for new aircraft, cockpit modifications, and sustaining programs
  • conduct user-centered design and scenario-based flight deck evaluations
  • interact with flight crews to assess cockpit usability
  • support certification efforts for 1302 and other human factors regulations
  • contribute across multiple programs and platforms.
