Security Officer – Enhanced Part-Time Access Control Driver

The Security Officer – Enhanced Part-Time Access Control Driver role is onsite in Freeport, TX. Compensation is $15 per hour, with a fixed Friday shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The officer supports access control and security at a chemical and petrochemical location for Allied Universal. The role monitors site access, screens people and deliveries, conducts patrols, and responds to incidents. It helps protect the site while providing customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Carry out access-control procedures and emergency response activities
• verify credentials and issue access documentation
• screen personnel, vehicles, and deliveries
• report unauthorized access attempts and unusual activity
• respond to incidents and alarms
• patrol access points, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter areas
• maintain accurate access logs.
