Junior Business Operations Analyst — Defense & Security Support

What you'll do

• Provide phone and desk coverage
• manage calendars, conference rooms, and mailboxes
• transcribe meeting minutes
• maintain electronic and hard-copy records and securely handle classified information and CUI
• draft and proofread official correspondence and reports
• assist with Defense Travel System orders, reservations, and vouchers
• support timekeeping
• maintain supplies and equipment coordination
• track vehicle logs and task milestones.
