What you'll do

• Lead and mentor Community Directors and staff
• oversee staffing, training, regulatory compliance, and resident care
• identify revenue opportunities and support marketing and sales
• monitor occupancy
• assist with budgets and financial performance
• conduct site visits
• provide field training on operations, sales, lead management, and business development
• support incident investigations and HIPAA compliance
• travel regionally as needed and respond to emergent situations.
