What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts
• monitor patient conditions and intervene as needed
• ensure compliance with regulations, facility policies, and quality protocols
• mentor nursing staff
• communicate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• manage staffing assignments and scheduling issues
• document and report clinical incidents, patient progress, and operational challenges
• participate in quality improvement and staff training.
