CNC Setup/Operator – A Shift

Job overview

The CNC Setup/Operator – A Shift role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Pay is $20–$34 per hour. The position supports Precise Tool & Manufacturing’s CNC machining operations serving aerospace, defense, medical, energy, and power-generation industries.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints and set up jobs to specifications
• operate CNC machines to produce required parts
• follow machine safety and guarding requirements
• move and load raw materials and finished parts
• check parts against basic quality standards
• perform routine machine maintenance
• deburr parts with hand tools
• maintain a clean work area
• and support the company’s quality management system and AS9100.
