What you'll do

• Lead customer and prospect marketing programs
• manage and develop a team of Marketing Associates
• own customer file performance and segmentation strategy
• partner with Creative, Merchandising, Purchasing, eCommerce, and Sales teams
• translate campaign performance into improvements for targeting and ROI.
