Route Driver Trainee (CDL)

The Route Driver Trainee is an onsite role based in Bismarck, ND. The position offers a starting pay range of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and supports the environmental services team at Safety-Kleen. This role exists to train for a Class B box truck driving position while providing onsite service for parts washer machines and collecting hazardous waste. The trainee will also focus on sales and service within a defined route to solve environmental challenges.

What you'll do

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Complete required documentation and labeling.
• Generate and collect leads for new products and services.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
