Veterinary Receptionist

What you'll do

• Greet clients
• answer inquiries about basic animal care and routine procedures
• check patients in and out
• maintain accurate client and patient records
• prepare health and immunization certificates
• coordinate transfers and ultrasound appointments
• process payments
• handle phone, fax, and email messages
• assist with exam-room cleanliness
• make appointment and surgery reminder calls
• complete end-of-day, month, and year tasks.
