The role provides reports, process maps, and planning support to help leadership make informed operational decisions.

What you'll do

• Maintain process documentation, historical records, and controlled archives, including SOPs and audit trails
• prepare reports on operational issues, quality deficiencies, and process gaps
• analyze performance data and recommend actions
• report on operational status, audit findings, material readiness, inventory receiving, and project tracking
• diagram and map future-state systems and workflows
• provide operational data, metrics, and forecasts for business planning
• prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint
• support operational activities as assigned.
