• Review financial and project documentation for accuracy and completeness
• align vendor invoices, inspector reports, dispatch logs, and billing records
• verify billable work and supporting documentation
• review time and cost allocations
• identify and document discrepancies
• maintain audit-ready records
• perform reconciliations
• partner with internal teams to resolve issues
• and support accounts receivable invoice validation and collections documentation.
