Immigration Paralegal, PERM

The Immigration Paralegal, PERM role is hybrid, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia, New York City, or Washington, D.C. offices, or may be fully remote. The salary range is $60,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The role supports Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ employment-based immigration practice for organizations and individuals. The paralegal manages PERM and related employment-based immigration matters, preparing filings, coordinating with attorneys, and communicating with clients. Careful deadline and document management helps the team deliver accurate, timely case filings and responses.

What you'll do

• Manage PERM cases, including prevailing wage requests, recruitment, ETA-9089 preparation and filing through FLAG, and audit responses
• prepare I-140 petitions and coordinate immigrant visa steps with attorneys
• prepare filing packages and draft routine petitions, applications, and RFE responses
• maintain case templates and contribute to complex filings under attorney oversight
• communicate with clients
• track deadlines and organize documents
• conduct legal research
• mentor junior paralegals.
