What you'll do

• Lead and coach direct reports
• build relationships with business leaders, customers, and vendors
• recommend process improvements using IT capabilities
• handle escalated team issues
• reinforce clean-code, testing, and engineering standards
• advance DevSecOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, observability, and operational readiness
• promote responsible AI and GenAI adoption
• manage project lifecycles and milestones
• participate in IT and business governance and planning.
