What you'll do

• Support design, development, coordination, and delivery of employee learning programs
• maintain training materials and records
• partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify needs and develop learning solutions
• coordinate compliance and development programs
• gather feedback and evaluate effectiveness
• own new-hire onboarding logistics and readiness
• coordinate pre-boarding communications, presenters, schedules, and first-day preparation
• track setup and follow up on outstanding onboarding items
• support contractor onboarding as assigned.
