What you'll do

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC financial reporting, statements, disclosures, schedules, explanations, and reconciliations
• prepare consolidated financial statements
• support monthly consolidations and Oracle FCCS journal entries
• prepare monthly statements and bank covenant calculations
• support investor materials
• research technical accounting and implement new guidance
• partner with FP&A, stakeholders, and auditors
• improve policies, processes, documentation, and internal controls.
