What you'll do

• Lead the team during daily restaurant operations
• work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and support cross-training
• assist with opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• support food safety and cleanliness standards
• help resolve issues
• and support shift deployment to promote guest service and timely food orders.
