What you'll do

• Lead and manage approved engineering and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through implementation
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, safety, ergonomics, flexibility, and cost efficiency
• Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing process improvements that support operational goals
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
• Evaluate manufacturing equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle requirements while recommending upgrades and improvements
• Coordinate equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and commissioning activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute engineering initiatives and achieve project objectives
• Utilize root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to resolve complex manufacturing challenges
• Support standardization efforts and best-practice implementation across multiple production operations
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness and production performance.
