What you'll do

• Build and maintain real estate investment and development financial models
• analyze acquisition and disposition scenarios
• research markets and rental rates
• support due diligence, budgets, contracts, and consultant coordination
• track project schedules and milestones
• assist with funding applications, lender due diligence, construction draws, and financial close-out
• maintain project files and reporting.
