What you'll do

• Perform general electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling repairs
• maintain buildings and grounds
• mow, trim, weed, mulch, and remove leaves
• operate and maintain lawn equipment
• respond to work orders and emergency requests
• assist with home renovations and remodeling
• maintain maintenance records
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
