What you'll do

• Enter and update project cost information
• assist with cost tracking, cost-code setup, change-order logs, budgets, commitments, and reports
• review timesheets, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents for coding and completeness
• receive, review, and enter vendor invoices
• maintain invoice logs, payment records, and vendor files
• assist with payment processes, reconciliations, and month-end close
• serve as a first point of contact for office visitors
• support mail, supplies, expense reports, filing, scanning, and data entry.
