What you'll do

• Solicit competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and services
• evaluate vendor quotations and recommend best value
• prepare and process purchase orders
• estimate costs for bids and purchasing decisions
• coordinate procurement with production schedules and deadlines
• maintain the approved vendor database and procurement records
• arrange equipment rentals
• comply with company procedures, CPSR requirements, and applicable FAR
• assist with oversight of procurement driver deliveries and pickups.
