The Cardiologist, Locum Tenens role is an onsite assignment in Sonora, CA. Pay is $250–$350 per hour. The physician provides general cardiology clinic and Emergency Department call coverage. The schedule includes weekday clinic hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 24-hour standby call. The physician sees 22–26 patients per clinic day, reads echocardiograms, stress tests, and ECGs during call, and performs required surgical procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide general cardiology clinic and Emergency Department call coverage
• see 22–26 patients per clinic day
• read echocardiograms, stress tests, and ECGs during standby call
• handle an average of three phone consult cases per night during call. Surgical procedures are required.
