What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations for early childhood and elementary programs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and health/safety regulations.
• Maintain appropriate teacher-student ratios.
• Supervise, coach, and support faculty and extended-day staff.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide instructional feedback.
• Facilitate professional development and staff meetings.
• Oversee student academic performance.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding new staff.
• Assign staff schedules.
• Maintain school events calendar.
• Collaborate with the Head of School to foster a culture of excellence.
