Accounts Payable Support Clerk

What you'll do

• Verify invoice accuracy, coding, and payment authorization
• enter invoices and process payments
• scan, file, and maintain accounting records
• check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
• classify and record financial data using journals, ledgers, spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• maintain recurring invoice trackers
• provide backup support for accounting clerk duties
• comply with applicable policies and federal contractor requirements.
