Electrical Engineer — Electronic Systems and PCB Design

The Electrical Engineer role is onsite in Indian Head, MD. Compensation is not specified. The engineer designs and documents electronic circuits, assemblies, and systems, supporting client programs and technology transition. The role contributes through PCB design, systems engineering documentation, configuration control, and collaboration on electronic and embedded-system concepts.

What you'll do

• Design electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts
• use Altium Designer or other ECAD tools
• create systems engineering and technical documentation
• develop production-level PCB fabrication and assembly drawing packages
• work within configuration management and control processes
• develop functional block diagrams and architecture-level concepts
• develop component-level concepts for custom electrical or mixed-signal circuitry.

Why this role

Five or more years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required; master’s preferred; U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI or program-specific access may be required; MIL-STD-1316 familiarity is a plus.
