What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points
• report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete activity reports and shift communications.
