• Manage subordinate supervisors and collection-system assets, maintenance, and repair assignments

• manage budgets, contracts, and procurement
• develop and evaluate programs and performance metrics
• recommend policy solutions
• improve business procedures
• allocate materials and resources
• support asset management and long-range planning
• prepare management reports
• conduct activities in compliance with environmental rules and regulations.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or applied sciences; ten years of wastewater construction or maintenance experience is preferred, along with five years of successful supervisory experience.
