Preventive Maintenance Technician

The technician performs scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs to help keep manufacturing equipment and facility systems safe, reliable, and efficient. By identifying issues before failures and supporting equipment uptime, the role contributes to production continuity and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
• complete lubrication, adjustments, calibration checks, belt changes, filter replacements, and inspections
• identify potential failures and communicate corrective actions
• respond to breakdowns
• maintain CMMS logs and work orders
• assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• support reliability improvements and root cause analysis
• follow safety procedures and LOTO
• maintain work areas, tools, and parts inventory
• collaborate with production, quality, and engineering.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma, apprenticeship, or trade certification preferred. Two or more years of relevant experience is preferred. Overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts may be required.
