What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices
• support recovery goals and relapse prevention
• provide crisis intervention and referrals
• coordinate care with providers and community agencies
• document clinical services
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• educate clients and families
• participate in treatment meetings, supervision, and professional development.
