What you'll do

• Inspect doughnuts and remove imperfect products
• apply fillings, icings, and toppings to specifications
• stock and rotate products
• package wholesale orders
• replenish filling and icing hoppers
• assist with boxing doughnuts, coffee preparation, cleaning, and baking pastry items
• minimize waste
• clean and maintain equipment
• follow food-safety and HACCP plans
• coach or train new decorators.
