Human Resources Generalist — People Operations

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Littleton, MA. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus competitive benefits. The role joins the People Operations team supporting a growing medical device company and works closely with the Senior Manager of People Operations. The generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and employee experience through onboarding, offboarding, employee guidance, recruiting support, records management, communications, and HR data analysis. The role also assists with travel and work-visa documentation processes in coordination with employees and external immigration counsel.

What you'll do

• Support HR operations, programs, and employee initiatives
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• answer general HR questions
• support talent acquisition and recruiting as needed
• maintain HR processes and procedures
• draft and distribute company communications
• maintain employee records and HR information
• collect and analyze HR data
• coordinate travel and business visa requirements
• support U.S. work visa sponsorship documentation with employees and external immigration counsel.

Why this role
