What you'll do

• Develop leads and relationships with prospective clients

• execute contracts and resolve contract issues
• manage project-team workload and capacity
• oversee multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and quality
• set project objectives and milestones
• lead project-team meetings
• resolve RFIs and communication issues
• maintain subcontractor relationships
• review financial reports
• negotiate and execute change orders
• oversee project closeout
• mentor and evaluate staff
• participate in interviews as needed.
