What you'll do

• Operate a full desk in an expertise industry.
• Collaborate with Director of Recruiting to satisfy internal and client talent needs.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of hiring materials.
• Assist with the interview process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
