• Inspect community property, common areas, resident corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access
• check doors, windows, and gates
• patrol for criminal, fire, or safety concerns
• investigate and report incidents
• respond to security calls and complaints
• secure and unlock areas
• assist with emergency response procedures
• and secure outdoor fixtures during inclement weather.
