The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN), Labor & Delivery — Nights role is onsite in Washington, DC. The full-time schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:30 p.m.–8:00 a.m., including every other weekend. Pay is $37.33–$62.43 per hour; the posting also states an updated range of $37.89–$63.36 per hour effective July 1, 2026. What you'll do

• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to set health goals and revise care plans
• provide nursing care consistent with professional standards and legal requirements
• participate in unit performance improvement
• provide compassionate support and patient education
• measure outcomes against care goals
• follow infection-control and medication procedures
• maintain nursing supplies
• and serve in the rotational charge-nurse role after the six-month orientation period with nurse-manager approval.
