What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical and diagnostic assessments and person-centered planning
• document presenting concerns, health and behavioral health history, medications, strengths, needs, and risks
• analyze assessment information and determine ASAM or LOCUS level of care when applicable
• provide diagnoses and recommendations
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies
• support wellness, recovery, self-advocacy, and independent living skills
• protect client confidentiality.

Why this role

A master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field is required, or a bachelor’s degree with requisite experience meeting the QP definition. A North Carolina clinical or provisional license is required; CPR, first aid, NCI, or role-related certification may be completed within the stated period.
