What you'll do

• Manage budgets, forecasts, rent collections, delinquency follow-up, expenditures, vendor contracts, and rental pricing recommendations
• ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and local ordinances
• oversee inspections, work orders, maintenance, and safety
• hire, train, and manage on-site staff
• address resident concerns and lead retention and renewal efforts
• track performance metrics and report to regional and corporate teams.
