What you'll do

• Establish and lead a quality department
• translate customer requirements into inspection, testing, and release criteria
• oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality
• integrate assembly and quality-control software and hardware
• build traceability and process controls
• maintain the quality system
• lead quality technicians
• manage audits, complaints, nonconformances, corrective actions, and supplier quality
• analyze quality data and train operations staff.
