The Warehouse Material Handler / CDL-A Driver role is onsite in Bend, OR, and is full-time, with an anticipated Friday-through-Sunday schedule that may change based on business needs. Pay starts at $24.40 per hour, with a stated career path up to $36.00 per hour after training and experience; a $3.00-per-hour differential applies to hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Deschutes Brewery produces craft beer and other beverages. The role supports brewery production by safely moving raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods. It combines warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, and CDL transportation duties while maintaining accurate records, safe operations, and compliance with company and Department of Transportation requirements.

What you'll do

• Build mixed-SKU pallets
• perform truckload shipping and receiving
• move raw materials and finished goods physically and digitally
• follow FIFO inventory practices
• complete standard work and preventive maintenance tasks
• support CDL and shuttle operations
• conduct equipment inspections
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work area
• comply with DOT regulations and company transportation policies.

Why this role
