What you'll do

• Lead a team of Montessori teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Upper Elementary curriculum
• maintain a classroom environment that promotes independence, self-directed learning, and creativity
• design and facilitate lessons integrating limmudei kodesh and general studies
• collaborate across grade levels
• guide and support teachers and assistants
• participate in professional development and staff meetings
• communicate with parents and guardians and hold parent-teacher conferences.
