The Vice President of Field Operations role is remote in the USA; the posting lists pay of $190,000–$220,000 per year. Jetson’s mission is to accelerate the transition of homes across North America away from fossil fuels, and this role leads field operations for heat pump, heat pump water heater, and EV charger installations. The VP establishes operating standards and leads branch General Managers to deliver safe, high-quality, profitable installations across current and future markets. The role aligns field teams, technology, staffing, budgets, and customer operations to support reliable execution and expansion.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute field operations strategy
• lead and coach branch General Managers and hold branches accountable for KPIs
• define field organization and leadership structure
• set installation standards and improve first-time-right performance
• lead health and safety programs and regulatory compliance
• ensure licensing, permitting, and inspection requirements are met
• plan crew capacity
• partner with Customer and Service Operations
• own the field technology stack
• oversee fleet, tools, uniforms, and warehouse operations
• lead recruiting, onboarding, and training programs
• launch new markets
• manage budgets and branch P&Ls
• define and report field KPIs.
