What you'll do

• Support employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, personnel records, and daily HR activities
• coordinate initiatives and track action items
• assist with policies, compliance, audits, and process improvements
• respond to employee and management inquiries
• prepare HR reports, metrics, dashboards, and presentations
• coordinate headquarters reporting requests
• validate HR data
• facilitate communication between Korean headquarters and U.S. teams, including translation and meeting coordination as needed
• support expatriates and international business travelers
• maintain confidential records and support audits.
