What you'll do

• Design co-curricular programs and initiatives that build community among residential and online students
• develop student leadership, personal growth, and professional readiness programs
• connect students to mentorship, alumni, and career-adjacent opportunities
• coordinate holistic student support and referrals
• oversee the Office of Accessible Education
• use student feedback and data to assess programs
• lead and develop the Student Experience and Accessible Education teams
• support first-generation, multicultural, international, and veteran and military-connected students
• serve as a Designated School Official for F-1 international students and maintain required SEVIS records and processes.
