What you'll do

• Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs.
• Provides overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit.
• Models key leadership behaviors and ensures the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.
• Coaches employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.
• Identifies and engages top talent and develops team members to their fullest potential within the organization.
• Establishes and maintains effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Builds revenue and manages budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory.
• Ensures the completion and maintenance of financial statements relative to the department.
• Implements and maintains GM agenda for both labor and total quality management requirements.
