What you'll do

• Research, analyze, and draft briefs for complex litigation
• handle motion practice including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification, writs, and appeals
• support matters in state and federal court
• collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
• work on complex disputes across industries and practice areas.
