• Provide subject-matter expertise in maintenance, reliability, or operational best practices
• analyze data to identify business improvements
• develop plans for measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, reliability, waste, and costs
• coach employees in continuous-improvement tools
• lead onsite troubleshooting and diagnostic events
• coordinate project road maps and milestones
• communicate findings and updates to organizational leaders
• engage subject-matter experts, site leaders, operators, and vendors.
