The role backs up the service and Basic Care desks while primarily working in the Business Development Center. It helps customers navigate repairs, appointments, estimates, warranties, and invoices, supporting clear communication throughout the service process.

What you'll do

• Greet and communicate with customers about repairs
• create work orders and communicate them to technicians
• provide repair-process updates and estimates
• manage warranties and finalize invoices
• answer calls, schedule appointments, contact customers about special-order parts, and respond to inquiries
• follow up to encourage positive customer survey responses
• fill in for service advisors when needed.
