The role coordinates with the clinical team to support continuity of care and timely documentation.

What you'll do

• Maintain a caseload of 3–10 clients
• attend monthly supervision and team meetings
• provide scheduled face-to-face sessions based on treatment plans in home, school, office, and community settings
• complete documentation within 48 hours of service
• collaborate with the clinical team, including a psychiatrist as needed
• provide skill-building and case-management services
• submit reports timely.
