What you'll do

• Greet travelers and provide professional customer service
• give directions to terminals, restrooms, baggage claim, and other facilities
• answer general questions about airport locations and services
• help travelers navigate the airport
• maintain a welcoming booth presence
• refer travelers to appropriate airport personnel. Workdays are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
